Small businesses deserve the same quality of IT support that large organisations take for granted — without the call centre queues, the ticket numbers, and the feeling that nobody actually knows your setup.
Sightline ICT Services was built to change that. We work with small businesses across Surrey to provide personal, proactive IT support — where you always speak to the same person, and that person actually understands your business.
Based in Surrey, we serve local businesses who need reliable IT support but don't have the time, budget, or need for an in-house IT team.
Free consultation, no obligation. We'll take a look at your current setup and give you honest advice.
Book a Free ConsultationFree consultation, no obligation, no hard sell. Just a straightforward conversation about your IT.

Tell us a little about your business and what you need help with.
The same friendly, reliable support — for your home. No jargon, no fuss, just someone local who sorts it properly.
From sluggish WiFi to CCTV installation — we come to you, fix the problem, and explain everything in plain English.
All prices include a home visit within Surrey. No hidden extras, no call out surprises.
Not sure what you need? Get in touch — we'll help you work out the best solution before you commit to anything.
No Fix, No Fee — what this means: If we attend your property and are unable to resolve the reported fault, you will not be charged for the visit. A "fix" means the original reported issue has been resolved to a working state. If additional faults are identified during the visit, these will be quoted separately. Intermittent issues that cannot be reproduced during the visit are assessed case by case. This policy applies to home service visits only and does not apply to hardware or parts supplied.
No scripts, no overseas call centres, no confusing jargon. Just a local person who turns up, listens, and sorts it.
Get in touch and we'll arrange a convenient time to visit.
